Brought my van in this morning with a bad alternator and they said they can have it done in an hour! They open at 8 and already have a wrench on it by 8:15. We have used them several times and they always do a great job for a fair price.

I was stuck on the side of the road when my power steering blow up. It was a problem i had had for a while and i knew i needed to change it, but it was a $1200 cost and who has that kind of money. Anyways, i was and hour away from my destination and it was already 4:45pm. I googled tow companies and i just happen to pick welches, they came in about 45 minutes and towed my car to there garage. They closed at 5:30pm and we got there at 5:45, i was talking to my mother trying to get a ride and when they found out she was over an hour away they insisted that they would get me home. Not only did they stay late to fix my car, (which required removing the engine) they only charged me for parts, did not even charge me for the tow $365 total. As a minority women who was stuck in the middle of no where, by myself i have never encounter such kindness and never expected to. These people are good people, who not only fixed my car but restored my faith in humanity. I hope there business is doing well and if you are stuck on the side of the road near Fort Wayne these are the people to call.
